Exercise - Yes, w hours of dog walking and kennel cleaning.

Tracking - Yes
During the last several years I’ve lost 45 pounds and started regular weights workouts. Both changes have helped protect my back from injury. My own health issues require exercises for core strength and improving my balance so I am sure to include those in my workouts. I’m currently experimenting with yoga, we’ll see.1
