Bit late for my check in as I fell asleep early last night (bliss!)

Was pretty achy after my yoga on Monday and also got a rubbish sleep which was disappointing (thought yoga would immediately make zen & peaceful, some chance haha)
@tess5036 your weight loss is going so well! Whatever you’re doing is working a treat, have you much more to go? Can’t remember your ultimate goal3 -

Hey steppers, it looks to me like we are short two competitors in the Step Challenge. I just looked at the spreadsheet, and some teams have 12 members, but we only have 10 listed on the January sheet. I'm not sure who is heading this up, but thought I'd bring it to the attention of the group.
Anybody want to join the step challenge this month? We need two more...

I do go on Connect and I like it. I really love transformation Tuesday. So motivating! I'm keeping the faith!

Calories are under and I know because I tried not counting calories for a week and just WW points and it drove me nuts not knowing. So, I'm just going to be a double tracker.

Here is how i did on my goals from yesterday:
1. Plan my food in the morning ✅
2 Drink one thing of Starbucks water - I didn’t get there but I totally could have if I didn’t have a meeting offsite today, I did great with water when I got home
3. Treadmill workout in the evening ✅
4. Get 1000 more steps that I did yesterday and today✅✅✅. Got over 3000 more steps
Calories were also under.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. Drink one more thing out of my Starbucks cup
2. Walk at lunch
I think that’s it for me for now,

As previously posted on step challenge - Apologies everyone, been to-and froing to the hospital this week with my husband and not had time to update. Luckily, those hospital corridors allow for a lot of stepping!

I have not had my app to hand though to track food or water. I've filled in yesterday's but the memory has gone for the days beforehand. Food choices have been a bit sugary - lots of hanging round in hospital cafes. And they have really nice cakes.
I weighed myself on Monday and have stayed the same, but my belly looks huge, which might be the sugar, might be the stress. My husband is finally home though so i can start caring properly for both of us again.2 -

2. Not eat any chocolate (it's my first day back since the holidays). It hasn't been too difficult to stick to the no junk food challenge when I could control my environment but being surrounded by hundreds of pounds of chocolate is going to be torture.
3. Pack a fun lunch so I won't be tempted to stray
4. Finish the Valley Loop Fitbit challenge2 -

@broncobuddee I have made an error. My opening weight was incorrect. Should have been 166.2 not 168.2. Yeesh I wish I could lose seven pounds in a week. Sorry for the error. Current 161.2 is right though.
Thanks @Kres567 however it was a five pound loss instead of seven which is still thrilling. It didn’t dawn on me until I saw your post saying good job and I was like 😳. Lol3 -

Water not quite there still but so close. I think if I were being more active I would be easily reaching my 100 oz goal. I’m at 88 oz today.

Feel like I just can’t quite get my butt in gear. Feeling very exhausted. Not sure if I am fighting something or if I am exhausted with things/stress that are going on in my life at present. I know stress can wreak havoc. Since I am feeling unable to get moving I can at least control what I eat and drink so I will focus on that for now. Lost a good portion of what I gained over the holidays so I am very happy about that. Also planning a beach vacation which is very exciting. Sure will be looking a lot different in a bathing suit this year.😁2 -
