    Started the day going to aquasize classes and swimming. Have chicken breasts out for supper. I am going to rock this week. Congrats to all the winners

    Water : around 2.5 litres
    Exercise : 14,409 steps

    I did a couple of school runs, and then another walk just before my hour of yoga. I was so close to not going as it’s on quite late but deciding to get a brisk walk in (which yielded me another 3,000 steps TVM) made a huge difference. Pleased to be on track again, day 3 of being in the zone😀

    Tomorrow is weigh in and I'm really hoping the scale, which has been stuck at the same number for the last three days will move on down. Fingers and toes are crossed! :)

    NOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I was on day 21 of the no junk food challenge and I ate a truffle without even thinking. I didn't realize it until about ten minutes later. It was good but not that good. So back to 0 again.

    Exercise: weights and 45 min treadmill
    Water: good
    Sleep: terrible. Only 2 hrs. No wonder I'm mindlessly eating truffles

    Tomorrow's plan:
    Workout in the morning and start day 1 of the no junk food challenge (it's really been helping me stay on track). I have lots of fresh veggies in the house so no excuse not to eat healthy

    Exercise: Should have 12k steps by bedtime. Otherwise nothing formal. Still recovering from a procedure and I woke with a head cold. 🤬
    Goal for tomorrow: Track food and water exercise depending on how I feel.

    I’m back home now. Celebrated hubby’s birthday today, so back on program tomorrow. Mom isn’t going to be getting much better. At least not for a couple months anyway. But I accomplished some things to make her life a bit easier while I was there. Cooked a bunch of meals for them to put in the freezer so dad doesn’t have to cook much. Thanks for asking.

    Calories: over—hubby’s birthday
    Exercise: long walk midday, 12k steps. Yay!
    Water: not enough unless I can count tea.

    Goals for tomorrow:
    1. Stay in the green (already have lunch packed and dinner in the crockpot—a Skinnytaste recipe)
    2. Walk before or after work if not both. Long day at work tomorrow, so may not get in both.
    3. 80 ounces water
    4. Put fork down between bites.
    5. Eat only while sitting down.

    It was a Lindor milk chocolate truffle. I was reading the nutritional info and 1 truffle is 5 carbs so I could eat one and still stay within my carb goal. I completely forgot about the challenge. Oh well. I don't mind starting over. Not eating junk food is getting easier and it's a habit I'd like to stick with for the long haul.

    It’s really encouraging to move into a new bracket.

    Tuesday check in:
    Cals : spot on
    Water : around 2.5 litres
    Exercise : just over 14,000 steps through a variety of means. A couple of actual walks, some from being busy at work and a final
    1500 marching while watching tv.

    Day 4 of being on track, slightly tougher today but manageable

    Water - actually pretty good
    exercise - 4 mile run

    Struggled with exercise motivation today, but I forced myself out there. It was a horrible run - cold, slushy roads, too many close calls with drivers - but I did it, so won that battle.
