Back to where I started at the end of last month. It was a struggle, even though I knew what I needed to do. I didn't do too much crazy snacking but it was hard to do less than maintenance. I didn't have much time to exercise either. I am going to work harder next month.
@brandi_84, consider February a learning month, then. You broke even, (so maintenance), and you know what you did to make that happen. So, by extension then, you know what you have to do to make the scales go down. Look out March...here she comes!

Decided not to do anything this evening after work. I started having a little foot pain, so I decided to take some tylenol and lay down earlier. Going to try loosening my shoes a bit more tomorrow, hopefully that helps a little!
@cmhubbard92, I had that with the treadmill last spring. It was, indeed, due to having my shoes done up too tightly, and possibly too much of an incline too soon. It took a good month to go away....in the interim I switched to just walking outside. Since it was spring, I didn't really need to be on a treadmill. I hope the Tylenol and the rest helps.0 -

Results for February Week #3
Well, team The Big Butt Theory had another very good week. We lost 18.4 pounds, which was good enough for second place, with a 0.33% loss (23.2 pounds and a 0.45% was for first place). Congratulations, Team!!
Individually, we had our very own, @mickey10111, come in second overall with a loss of 2.60%!! That's what getting back to basics can do...am I right, Mikayla?!! Congratulations on an outstanding week!!

Thank you very much! I wasn't expecting that much to come out of this month and surprised myself! Now to put extra focus on next month, as I have a trip planned for Arizona (and hiking a portion of the Grand Canyon) on the second week of April!1 -

I have no motivation tonight to do my yoga or any strength. My feet are causing me misery! Doesnt hurt when I was on the elliptical this morning, but the rest of the day has been pretty constant. I soaked my feet for about 20 minutes, tried rubbing them to help with the pain, and am in bed early. My focus for the next three days will be light elliptical as that Is the only thing not causing me pain right now. My steps will suffer this week, but I just want my feet to feel better!
I did buy copper fit insoles, so hopefully that will help a bit!
@HASWLRS I am surprised that the elliptical isn't bothering me, but the looser laces did nothing for me today 😢 I would try walking outside like you mentioned, but with the wind today and more snow tomorrow, I am looking forward to spring!2 -
