Today felt like a really good day. First solid workout this week! Tomorrow will most likely be my last day at the gym until Monday, as I have Saturday and Sunday off. I will be driving to my boyfriend's after work tomorrow, and we will be doing a trivia championship Saturday night. We will most likely go bowling again Sunday, so I am looking forward to getting away from work madness!2 -

Sorry, I have not posted lately. I can’t remember my weight from last week, but this week was 210.
Our house has been in a total disarray trying to still get things fixed & cleaned from our burst pipes, plus my office is moving. I unfortunately have not had much a chance to post here, or keep up with regular exercise. I hope March is a little better! ☹️2 -

I want to get down to a solid 220-225 range, which would give me 18-20% body fat. Then the slow magic of lifting heavy and eating Maintenance will begin . See you all in the March threads!

@Tracie_Lord, you have a healthy perspective!! Yes, disappointed, but well aware that a very fun (read, calorie laden!) weekend and then a busier than normal week of work with no time to workout will lead to a weight gain. You are also well aware that that gain can be easily reversed with a concerted effort of eating and working out on your part! Here's to a great week ahead to start the new month!1
