    Today felt like a really good day. First solid workout this week! Tomorrow will most likely be my last day at the gym until Monday, as I have Saturday and Sunday off. I will be driving to my boyfriend's after work tomorrow, and we will be doing a trivia championship Saturday night. We will most likely go bowling again Sunday, so I am looking forward to getting away from work madness!

    Sorry, I have not posted lately. I can’t remember my weight from last week, but this week was 210.

    Our house has been in a total disarray trying to still get things fixed & cleaned from our burst pipes, plus my office is moving. I unfortunately have not had much a chance to post here, or keep up with regular exercise. I hope March is a little better! ☹️

    Down 1.5 pounds for the week and 9.5 pounds for the month, woo hoo! I’ve decided to continue on the deficit train 1 more month and then start recomp. I want to get down to a solid 220-225 range, which would give me 18-20% body fat. Then the slow magic of lifting heavy and eating Maintenance will begin :). See you all in the March threads!

    I lost motivation in February but had dinner with old friends last night. I am here with renewed motivation.

    Started Dec 1 at 234
    Jan 1 = 228 (-6)
    Feb 1 = 214.2 (-13.8)
    March 1 = 209.6 (-4.6)

    @erikNJ, absolutely, Erik!! Yeah, I don't use my phone either while I am away except to take the occasional picture!! Enjoy Jamaica!! Hopefully it will feel more like spring here when you return.

    @swauters, glad you are still here and with a renewed motivation!! You still lost last week, and you are into the single digits, so that is a positive!! And down 4.6 for the month, so you didn't lose ALL your motivation!!

    @Tracie_Lord, you have a healthy perspective!! Yes, disappointed, but well aware that a very fun (read, calorie laden!) weekend and then a busier than normal week of work with no time to workout will lead to a weight gain. You are also well aware that that gain can be easily reversed with a concerted effort of eating and working out on your part! Here's to a great week ahead to start the new month!
