Another day of being sick. No exercising or calories tracking done today. Food has only been a bit of chicken noodle soup and orange juice. Hopefully soon I'll be back to normal 🤒

Disappointing weigh in. Thought I had done better! I weighed 215.0lb the previous Friday and I was a lot better this week or so I thought.

How is everyone?
I'm hoping this weight gain is increase of muscle. Ive been hitting it hard at the gym. Certainly dont feel fatter as I've definitely lost inches. The scale can really tend to get on your nerves.

@hnyzthms. Happy BDay to your husband. I've heard funny things about Amsterdam. An old friend told me that even the ugly girls there are pretty.

I was dreading getting on scale, but I did it. No significant loss, but no significant gain, so I'm not starting over. I plan to do daily tracking in this group this week. I'm going to evaluate if that makes a difference in my next weigh in. Gosh, March is almost here!
