    So glad to feel human again, being down with that sickness was brutal!!! Did a deep clean of all rooms in my home and had to do way too many loads of laundry🤦‍♀️ So I got a good workout from all that.

    Are you a professional driver? I always think it’s a lot harder to control what you eat if you’re not at home.

    Disappointing weigh in. Thought I had done better! I weighed 215.0lb the previous Friday and I was a lot better this week or so I thought.
    Not giving up though. Onwards and downwards!

    @pratainua Weight is constantly fluctuating...just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see results!

    Starting my week strong and healthy but last 2.5 days of sickness has been rough(probably a big reason for 5lb loss).

    I was dreading getting on scale, but I did it. No significant loss, but no significant gain, so I'm not starting over. I plan to do daily tracking in this group this week. I'm going to evaluate if that makes a difference in my next weigh in. Gosh, March is almost here!

    I went over my calories by 500, but then I did work out to cover the difference which left me with a 100 calorie overage. So not too bad! Proud of myself for trying to make up for eating too much

    Thank you! I finally got back into the 150s since Sunday. So I'm happy with progress. It's a slow go and I know from experience you just have to keep going and hopefully the good days outweigh the bad.

    Hi GEPG I am for my sins, the vehicles change but finding healthy food during out of hours is a nightmare. And not having normal working hours and being an insomniac just makes it even harder. Do you have the same problems
