I haven't felt well at all today. The only thing been able to eat is chicken noodle soup and body aches too much for excercise. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

Goals or day: slept late (was great cause I don't get to do it often), visited my aunt at the hospital for a while (she had surgery on her arm) and got my son early from daycare because he is sick. Was a good day...just not for food or exercise!1 -
