Am a bit worried about Wednesday's weigh in - went away for "Valentine's Weekend" where the treats included champagne and chocolate fondue....so going ULC for two days to make up for it. Thank goodness I love homemade vegetable soup with next to no calories but loads of nutrients!2

Today I got a chicken sandwich without the bun at work in cafeteria, first time. It was so good!! I got it grilled with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, yummy! It was so good without the bun. I got it again for dinner. Plus I had a serving of fresh green beans with a sprinkle of Parmesan. I'm working almost 16 hours today. I must say I'm off to a good start this week! I pray I don't go home and binge and sabotage my success. I will brush my teeth and put on my retainers to attempt to avoid any mindless eating tonight.

Not sure where you're based, but I can't recommend the Hairy Dieters recipe books enough - real food that tastes awesome and is calorie/nutrition counted. Last night we had Mediterranean burgers, tonight it will be chicken jalfrezi, you could eat for a year and not repeat a dinner.
Now suggestions for lunch boxes are my problem...love salad but need to mix it up a bit2 -

Calories: Yes, I stayed with in my limit, plus under 100 carbs per day.
Exercise: Yes. I got most steps by taking frequent breaks at work and walking around the hospital. Then I did a Leslie Sansone video at my desk. I had over 15k for yesterday with a desk job. I worked 15 hours, so I did have more time than normal.
Goal/Day: Amazing Day!!!!

Calories: Yes, I stayed within my limit, again. Two days in a row.
Exercise: Yes. I slept in today, because yesterday I worked a double. I did 20 minutes on treadmill at home and 30 minutes with (stretch band) Leslie Sansone online membership.
I went to movies with my husband and only son who is 10 years old today. I didn't get anything from concession stand. I brought a water and a low calorie cheese nips bag with me in my purse. My husband and my son bought from concession stand their favorites and I wasn't tempted at all.
Goal/Day: Amazing Day, again!!!!
I'm praying for a third good day, tomorrow, Wednesday too!!!!!!2 -

So yesterday I stepped on the scale and it was 149. I worked out and ate within my calories and today was 151. It’s frustrating to weigh in once a week when there’s so many variables that control what number shows up on the scale on any given day. I’ve been weighing a number of times a week and it’s easier for me to see that fluctuations are normal and expected. Just frustrating when I weigh in once here for “the record” and it happens to be on a day that’s 2 pounds higher than yesterday. Oh well. My dinner was pretty salty last night!3 -

I've been really slacking on my exercise. I'm going to really focus on exercising every day.2 -
@bethcamy1 So, true. Weighing every week can be so frustrating. It's like a merry-go-round. That has happened to me too. My number is lowering one day that it's not my weigh in and then on my weigh in it's higher. So, now I focus more on how my clothes fit and hide my scale until my weigh in date. I also try to con myself that's it not all about losing weight so much. It's more about changing some of my eating habits. I would love to be your weight though. I'm trying to get out of the 200 club. I'm not giving up.
