    If we are sh0rt I'll stwep up, but my steps have been lower as I've had ti focus on weights and spin recently, although will be upping the step count soon

    Thanks everyone - we just need two more steppers.

    I just found my way over here from the January thread. January wasn't a great month for me. I really need to work on my consistency to make February a better month.

    I'm still sick at the moment. This has been a tough one. Usually I can shake it in a day or two, but this bug has really gotten the best of me. I'm winded just walking up the stairs! It could be a couple more days before I can manage exercise again.

    I ate too much Super Bowl food. Thankfully, I did an intense workout earlier today. Let’s go Pats!!!!

    My new plan to watch my sodium has me trying to be more creative with my meals. Tonight for dinner I made BBQ sloppy Joes with extra lean ground turkey and instead of bread, I poured it over roasted butternut squash. Soooo good!! :)

    That’s always a goal for me - consistency. I know I’ll get there one day!

    @broncobuddee - do you have a preference? I don’t really. We both try and keep up with logging weights on a daily basis.

    No, it gives me about 10 steps for an hour LOL,

    I'm happy to do it though as I need to up my step count, its been a bit lax lately

    I will join the Step Challenge for February, if you need someone to fill out the ranks. Feel free to drop me if you have enough people.

    I would like to get in more steps than I do, so I will track this for myself in Feb regardless. Numbers so far:
    02/01 steps - 6,241
    02/02 steps - 10,575
    02/03 steps - 3,410 (short as I left my gadget on the charger for few hours; oh, well!)
