Exercise: 45 minutes on the treadmill and some light housecleaning
I think I'm eating too much sodium, which really annoys me. But the scale just doesn't budge when my sodium is high. I'm going to really watch it and see what I can do to pull the number down without sacrificing taste.2 -

Calories: definitely over but I am going to stop eating now for the rest of the night so I don’t do anymore damage!
Water: better than yesterday but I am still drinking to catch up
Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill including a walk/run program; almost 10K steps so far

If we are sh0rt I'll stwep up, but my steps have been lower as I've had ti focus on weights and spin recently, although will be upping the step count soon

I just found my way over here from the January thread. January wasn't a great month for me. I really need to work on my consistency to make February a better month.
I'm still sick at the moment. This has been a tough one. Usually I can shake it in a day or two, but this bug has really gotten the best of me. I'm winded just walking up the stairs! It could be a couple more days before I can manage exercise again.3 -
I ate too much Super Bowl food. Thankfully, I did an intense workout earlier today. Let’s go Pats!!!!2

My new plan to watch my sodium has me trying to be more creative with my meals. Tonight for dinner I made BBQ sloppy Joes with extra lean ground turkey and instead of bread, I poured it over roasted butternut squash. Soooo good!!3 -
