    Exercise: 45 minute hill program on the treadmill. My foot is better!! :)

    I had a pretty good day! I'm still watching my sodium and as long as I keep things simple and fresh I should be OK. Last night at church our kid's group had a pizza and cookie cake party and I didn't touch any of it. One slice of pepperoni pizza would have been 870 mg of sodium. So, I had my sensible dinner at home and drank a bottle of water as I took a ton of pics of the kiddos having fun. :)

    I’m always amazed at your willpower - it always kicks in when you need it. Happy your foot is better too!

    NSV: I am walking around today in a pair of vintage size 10 jeans that have been gathering dust in the back of my closet because they have been too small for years! I know when I got them that they were looser, but I can get them on again! And wear them without extreme discomfort!

    @Jaybo37 - Thank you for translating "press!" And hang in there. Going out for walks, far from the kitchen, sounds like a great plan!

    Hi everyone!

    Check-in for Thursday:

    Calories: under - woo! And I ate my greens too!
    Water: ontrack
    Exercise: just squeezed in with 10023 steps.

    Official at work weigh-in today and I've lost 2lbs (I weight in on Mondays here, so we'll see). This was a month no junk, no sugar, no booze project with honesty fines (I paid a few).
    Sleep - still not enough, but an hour or two more than the rest of the week, so all wins yesterday.

    Now, today, I have a night out pencilled in, but a busy weekend so I don't want to be hanging. Too much...

    2lbs! That’s motivating!

    @AustinRuadhain thanks for the encouragement! I find my downfall is being at home. I snack way too much and always blow my calorie goals. We've been having some bad weather in Canada which means in working from home more and I've noticed a link to overeating on those days. I'm also less motivated to get out of bed on cold days so my exercise also suffers. But I'm hopeful the weather improves so I can get back outside and start to see a positive change.

    Exercise - not so much (still on reduced activity due to knee)
    Goals for Saturday - Stay away from cookies (weekends are already harder, even w/o being surrounded by cookies), eat what is planned, try for 10k steps without overdoing it on knee.
