No, it gives me about 10 steps for an hour LOL,
I'm happy to do it though as I need to up my step count, its been a bit lax lately [/quote]
@tess5036 - do you put it in your shoe laces? I do since I want it to count that intense activity.0 -

Particularly impressive after the Super Bowl, I've seen all the hype and the good associated with it, I'd be soooo tempted. Seriously impressed!1 -

Exercise: I just did a 20 minute walk today. I hurt my foot yesterday and didn't want to take the change of really messing it up. So far so good!
I've decided to track my sodium and see if that is where my issues lie. I'm not doing a DASH or low sodium diet but I am trying to stick with more whole foods and less process. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I will be reading those labels!1 -

I thought about that, but j use the HR monitor function you help assess calories burned, and I'd rather under estimate that.1 -

@AustinRuadhain thank you for asking, I am better. I have cough that is only around at night and keeps me up most of the night. On certain days my steps are because of work.
I'm not sure what it means to win with all of my fluctuations. I'm just glad to be a part of a team where I might be able to help. Even though I'm not near as chatty as I want to be.2 -

@utmom81 let me know that she is going to take a bit of a break for the month of February. She is an awesome teammate and I can’t wait for her to come back to active challenge mode. In the meantime we are looking for a Motivator to backfill her role. Here is a bit about the Motivator roles:
Motivator’s Responsibilities include:
* Be active in team discussions, encouraging and supporting the challengers as they post.
* Encourage challengers to participate in challenges and in group discussions.
* Participate in team discussions encouraging team participation.
* Help remind challengers when they are due to post (and especially when overdue to post) weights.
* Encourage participation in the moderators challenge and in the weekly team challenges.
* Coordinate with your awesome team captains to see if they can use any assistance or if they have any specific tasks they feel you can assist with.
