    No, it gives me about 10 steps for an hour LOL,

    @tess5036 - do you put it in your shoe laces? I do since I want it to count that intense activity.

    ** When will I know if I've been added to the step challenge? I've volunteered but there's nothing on the step spreadsheet about who's on the team.

    I have to contact the moderators and get access to the spreadsheet. Right now I have View only access. We have some catching up to do...but keep posting your steps in the meantime.

    Particularly impressive after the Super Bowl, I've seen all the hype and the good associated with it, I'd be soooo tempted. Seriously impressed!

    Exercise: I just did a 20 minute walk today. I hurt my foot yesterday and didn't want to take the change of really messing it up. So far so good! :)

    I've decided to track my sodium and see if that is where my issues lie. I'm not doing a DASH or low sodium diet but I am trying to stick with more whole foods and less process. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I will be reading those labels! ;)

    I thought about that, but j use the HR monitor function you help assess calories burned, and I'd rather under estimate that.

    @digger61 - Great that you are staying warm and still have a plan for exercise as well as food!

    @19shmoo69 - Are you feeling better? It looks like you are up and about, from your steps! And congratulations on being one of the Week 5 winners!

    @AustinRuadhain thank you for asking, I am better. I have cough that is only around at night and keeps me up most of the night. On certain days my steps are because of work.
    I'm not sure what it means to win with all of my fluctuations. I'm just glad to be a part of a team where I might be able to help. Even though I'm not near as chatty as I want to be.

    Hi everyone,

    @utmom81 let me know that she is going to take a bit of a break for the month of February. She is an awesome teammate and I can’t wait for her to come back to active challenge mode. In the meantime we are looking for a Motivator to backfill her role. Here is a bit about the Motivator roles:

    Motivator’s Responsibilities include:
    * Be active in team discussions, encouraging and supporting the challengers as they post.
    * Encourage challengers to participate in challenges and in group discussions.
    * Participate in team discussions encouraging team participation.
    * Help remind challengers when they are due to post (and especially when overdue to post) weights.
    * Encourage participation in the moderators challenge and in the weekly team challenges.
    * Coordinate with your awesome team captains to see if they can use any assistance or if they have any specific tasks they feel you can assist with.

    Calories: not sure but not horrible. Really need to get consistent with my tracking
    Exercise: 50 minutes on the treadmill
    Water: good

    Steps: 12,180

    Goal for Monday:
    1. Treadmill workout ✅
    2. Prelog Sunday night and stick to the plan ❌
    3. Drink lots of water ✅

    Goals for Tuesday:
    1. Drink at least 3 Starbucks cups at work plus more at night
    2. Instead of watching tv, walk on the treadmill to get some extra steps
    3. Pre-log meals in the morning as I drink my tea
