    Lately,I plan my meals and fill my diary before I prepare and eat now.So, I can eat the right amounts and the right proportions of foods.I started 16/8 IF properly too.I'll try to lose weight a bit faster .

    Mar/ 31 -126.7 (> 0.0 )
    March weight loss of 5.9 lbs/ 2.6 kg.
    Total weight loss since Jan 16 lbs/ 7.2 kg.
    I won't try to lose weight fast again.It was a bad idea for me. x

    **March Goal: 167 lbs... D'oh I missed my goal.

    Sunday 3/03 - 176.4 (-0.8 lbs)
    Sunday 3/10 - 176.4 (no change but down a size)
    Sunday 3/17 - 174.2 (-2.2 lbs)
    Sunday 3/24 - 171.9 (-2.3 lbs)
    Sunday 3/31 - 170.8 (-1.1 lbs)

    Total loss for March is 6.4 lbs. I will do better next month.

    Thank you. Doesn't feel like a lot but it is definitely better then gaining so I need to learn to be happy with that. :smile:
