Hanging in here this week at 159.

It's spring break which means I'm lacking a place to exercise. Hoping it'll be a liiiiiittle warmer tomorrow so I can try to run. We shall see! Not mad at the progress made for March! Can't wait to get back to my beloved rec center :D

@eatingfoodles, nothing wrong with "hanging in there". You are down five and a half for the month, so well done!!

    Exercise: Yes, 45 minute elliptical

It felt good to get back to the gym this morning! I made sure I took it easy, and didn't allow myself to go over 7mph(new NSV, because "easy" was 4.5-5mph when I started in November!) Thst was pretty cool to notice!

Tomorrow, if the weather is nice, I plan on taking a walk instead of going to the gym. I have been having spring fever, and want to be outside!!!

@cmhubbard92, well done on your NSV in the gym!! Yes, it has been a long winter and we are all looking for those warmer days to get outside!! I haven't done it yet myself, but soon!!

@Tracie_Lord, I am so glad you have an appointment with the specialist to clear up your ear infections and tonsillitis. Don't these bacteria know they are seriously impacted your gym time?!!!

    Weigh in Wednesday

    Starting weight: 170.0
    Current weight: 154.0
    Goal weight: 126.0

    Last week 153.4
    This week 154.0

I've no idea what happened this week - I've not been over calories but I've been as high as 155.

@prehistoricmoongoddess, I know it's frustrating, but unfortunately it's normal and it happens. (What has your sodium intake been like? Have you recently added in some weight training?) Just keep plugging away and the scales will move again!

I have Rhinitis which just means I get caught with everything

I actually ran up and down stairs this morning to see if it caused 'that' much more pain, not the greatest thing I've ever done I won't lie :(

Considering I have been sick all week and I am weighing in a few days early I will take breaking even as a win

    Great job, Erik!!

You can always come down here to Florida. We have 3 seasons; chilly, hot and hotter. I have a small window of opportunity to exercise outside but that's only because I try to avoid heat strokes!! 😂

@erikNJ, I agree 100%. It sounds like a win to me, too!! I hope you are well enough to enjoy your time away.
