    Yes! If I lose 1.4 pounds each week, I will get to 200 in April. If I could really push it and lose 2.2 pounds each week I would be out of the obese catagory!

    @swauters, yes, my math was wrong! I was basing the two and a bit pounds on the 209.6, which was a month ago! That's what you get when you read a post with numbers quickly!! Getting to 200 by April 30th is well within your grasp, at just over a pound a week, like you said!!

    @thedestar, outstanding job NOT eating your feelings! A .5 loss is a fabulous loss, the scale is going the right way.

    I completely understand this whole month, I KEEP telling MYSELF! Even when the scale don’t move as fast as we would like, at least we’re eating healthy. OUR time WILL come.

    I was at a friend's house this weekend and want able to weigh in, if you don't mind crossing over last week's weight, i know I don't weigh that much but that is ok. I also was wondering if I could make my weigh in day Friday, now that spring and summer is around the corner, Saturday mornings are going to be rough
