Hi everyone! Last weigh in of March and while it's not as low as my lowest I'm pleased to have got rid of a lb at least.

Started this month at 209.6, so in general went down a bit. Hoping to get to 200 in April.
@swauters, you lost four pounds in a month, one per week on average. That would be 52 pounds over the course of a year! That being said, two and a bit pounds per week is within your grasp...you just have to up your game!!! Well done last week, and here's to a successful April!!
Yes! If I lose 1.4 pounds each week, I will get to 200 in April. If I could really push it and lose 2.2 pounds each week I would be out of the obese catagory!
@swauters, yes, my math was wrong! I was basing the two and a bit pounds on the 209.6, which was a month ago! That's what you get when you read a post with numbers quickly!! Getting to 200 by April 30th is well within your grasp, at just over a pound a week, like you said!!2 -
