I know I said that I take Monday’s off but I got on the scale and I was like 😮

Today: 241.8 yay!
I’ve been stuck on 245.1-.9 for the past 2 weeks. 😐
Someone commented on my wall when I was venting and said “Be like Dory, just keep swimming just keep swimming” that’s what I’m telling myself. Slow and steady!
Exercised: cleaned, laundry meal prepped it’s my rest day

I feel like I have been having busy weekends , which were fun but getting in the way of my health goals. Thankfully I have still be losing every week. Well no big plans until mid-May that I can think of. So hopefully I can end April strong.

I am leaving my brothers shortly for the airport. This has been an amazing week. I have been sick for most of this trip(most likely allergies), and I'm pretty sunburned, so part of me just wants to get home to my bed, and the other part of me just wants to stay out here forever. I'll be getting back to my routine once I get back(I miss the gym!) and will be posting regularly again6 -
