    I'll take it. I ate out almost every day on vacation with one day that I know i was over, but this isn't as bad of a gain as it could have been! Hoping that I can see something good on my weigh in Tuesday 🙂

    Crazy busy day today. On my feet doing a physical project for three hours at work. Came home and cut the grass for the first time this year. Then the motivation kicked in and I took down our fence (which was long overdue). That was another hour and a half of physical work. Sore now!

    Thank you! I was surprised at how little I gained, in all honesty! I'm hoping it does come off pretty easy! I am 100% back to the gym tomorrow. My alarm is set and I already have my breakfast, lunch and snacks logged tomorrow. Also, my gym bag is packed and ready to go!

    I’ve done terrible on the Mini Challenge lately. I’ve been logging and staying very close to or under my calorie goal of 1200, but it’s been tough to get any exercise in other than scootering to the bathroom! But I did weigh in.

    I'm actually very happy about this weight. I took the last few weeks off for my birthday. I ate like a total A-Hole. I had cake and icecream for breakfast every day for a week lol. I enjoyed myself and didn't worry about calories. Last week I weighed myself and I went from 235.4 to 238.0. I was surprised I had only gained 2.6 lbs. This past week I got my head back in the game and focused on my calories. I went from 238 to 234.6. I am so glad I am back on track this week.

    On another note.. @HASWLRS - how was your birthday?

    Sorry I'm late! Again! It is very possible I will be late again next week. I will try to be on time, but April is BUSY!

    I'm at 157.8 again. That should be the same as last week I believe.

    Hope everyone is having a fab week! I'm super behind on posts, so I haven't seen much!

    @eatingfoodles, it's in the neighbourhood of last week's weigh-in.....pretty good for having a very busy month!! You're in a good position to start moving forward again once things settle down for you.

    Sorry I’m late posting my weight. I’ve barely been at home this week which make my usual meal prep impossible. Training hard and making reasonable choices when eating out. My weight from Monday was 169.4. Away for the weekend and then it’s my dreaded on call week but I’ve got to learn how to look after myself outside of my usual routine so this might be a good challenge!

    @lozenger1984, well whatever you've been doing in the way of working out hard and making the best food choices possible, it's working because you are down half a pound!

    Woo! This is good. I’ve really been sticking to my calories, eating generally better food, and moving pretty much every day of the week. I’m happy to see the scale go the other way...but I’m also focused on how my body feels which is so much better than when I was eating crap and not moving.

    @mickey10111, this is fantastic, Mikayla....not just the number on the scale, but how you are feeling, too!! Glad you have made the cause and effect observation when it comes to moving and eating healthy foods and feeling so much better!!

    @cmhubbard92, that is a great result on the scale for having been on vacation for a week! Once you get back to your old routines that little gain will be gone in no time!!

    @Tracie_Lord, three quarters of a pound gone, but more important than that, you are completely over your infection (it would seem) and are back to your old good habits in the gym and in the kitchen!!

    @bethann51774, you are doing great, Beth!! Many of us, post surgery, unable to exercise, wouldn't be so careful about what we ate. Instead we might throw ourselves a little pity party with all of our favourite junk food! Not you!!
