Feeling a little overwhelmed with my emotions at the minute and when this happens this is when my food starts going wrong and I just binge and eat everything.
Feel like I’m having a battle with myself in my head of whether to just eat it and let go or not. I know the food won’t help anything and it will in fact only make me feel worse after. But I just feel like I need a blowout. Just something good in my life no matter how small.
Under: Yes – I was over on them but my exercise has covered it. I just wasn’t wearing my fitbit so it’s showing I’m still over but I know I burn roughly 400-500 calories in my PT session
Exercise: 1 hour PT session, 20 min dog walk, 1 hour stable duties
