Comments: Finally got myself back on track after slipping a bit this weekend. Looking at the past two weeks, I think that I was really low on my fat macro and that led to some overeating. I'm trying to add some more healthy fats in the form of nuts, butters, and combinations of the two lol4 -

Edit: just looked back at my week and my calories weren't as awesome as I originally thought lol. There's next week6 -
I'm keeping up with everyone, but I'm going to be pretty quiet for the next day or two. Really busy with work right now. Friday might have us back to normal after system upgrades.2
