I really messed myself up on Wed. with way too many calories, carbs and sodium. Before eating all that stuff, I weighed 175 and was looking forward to a nice loss this week. Even with my having a good day yesterday and drinking a ton of water, it wasn't enough to show on the scale. Alas. Onward and upward. @mram3582 Question: I'll be out of town next week and not able to weigh in on Friday, but will be able to on Saturday. Okay?0 -

No loss this week, no gain either. I'm happy about the no gain part of it, not happy with myself though. I really need to get better with this. Next week my goal is to check in every day with my daily posts, hopefully this will help make me more mindful of what I am doing.
