    @benbowers Yep, I had the same type of week. The day after Passover was almost a +10lbs gain. Wine, motzah, and salt are definitely a no-go for me.

    Feeling a little better today. I could start to taste a little today, but then it went away again. I also need to go grocery shopping...all we have left is some PB&J and crackers.

    Well now I'm mad! I am determined to never see the 340's again! I took my anger out on ensuring that I exercised everyday this week. So that's one thing I'm going to continue doing differently from before. The other thing is that I am going to get back to my intermittent fasting. When I did it a month or two ago, it worked for me. The key is CONSISTENCY. All I know is that I WILL have a weight loss by next Saturday! I refuse to go back to the old, lethargic, complacent me! The struggle is real but NOT insurmountable. Not only can I do this, but you all are proof that it can be done too! Thanks for being there. :smiley:

    @evangsimmons170 I'm right there with you! I was down to 215 and then I got a new job 5 months ago and kicked my routine out the door. Long story short- I'm back to the 230's. IT IS ALL ABOUT CONSISTENCY!! You're absolutely right about that!

    Re my daily post from yesterday -Saturday. I forgot (!!!) to log a donut I ate at our local farmers market, soooooo, I was over in my calories by 158. It's easy to forget the high fat/high sugar things we eat, isn't it?!!!
