    Meal: Water all day, diet coke, sugar free red bull, and a 1/2 bag of sugar free gummies.

    Felt kinda meh this morning and was a bit nervous to weigh but a 2lb loss was the nicest surprise EVER!!!!!!! WOOHOO

    Description/Photo of Meals: coffee cup of chicken bone broth w/ bouillon, blackberry ice cream (LOTS OF IT), 3 strips of marinated pork belly air fried, leftover ribeye, 1 marinated chicken thigh

    Your thoughts/comments on the day: Eating earlier than usual helped with the off feeling I was having. And then I wanted to eat everything!! I ate like all of the ice cream I made.. even though it wasn't that good lol. I could've eaten A LOT more too, but stopped myself before I ended up at like 5k calories.

    Description/Photo of Meals: Bone broth w/ added chicken bouillon, salt substitute, baking soda, epsom salt
    Total calories: about 300 or so

    Your thoughts/comments on the day: So far I've had about 3.5 ups of bone broth today and will have another in another hour or so.
    Feeling good.
    Did have some foot cramps so made sure to add in the 'snake juice' ingredients to my broth.

    Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): Don't really know but I did walk around town from 10am - 3pm.

    Description/Photo of Meals: Total calories - 1052. (Creamy Pasta Salad, ABC soup which consists of carrots, wongbok, potatoes and onions & Ice Milo )
    Thoughts : Am going to try to lower my carbs...fingers cross!

    Meal: Brunch, 80 calorie Yoplait toasted marshmallow yogurt with some blackberries and granola and a tuna salad salad from subway. Kinda a mini fast day around 600 cals.

    Description/Photo of Meals: Logged the "Snacks" portion because it was in the middle of the night - I fell asleep at like midnight and then was up from 2ish to like 6ish with Ced (he keeps weird hours LOL)...and ate some NOM NOMs...a frozen burrito, ice cream, and a fried bologna sammich then - for my REAL meal (LOL) 2/3 of Qdoba chicken nachos (I'll have the rest tomorrow for mini fast) and more ice cream :)

    Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): Nil
    Hours slept: 6 hours
    Description/Photo of Meals: Total calories - roughly 800. (1/2 bowl rice, fish curry with wongbok & okra, buk choy veggies with oyster sauce and garlic and finished it off with chocolate ice-cream)
    Thoughts : Even though its not low carb enough but at least I am trying. Don't dare to weigh myself though. Will keep trying till I find a comfy zone.

    Meal: Well......chocolate happened...….at work I consumed two small snack size bags of peanut m/ms and two small peppermint patties ---no particular reason they were there and I ate them...…..Dinner before the ball game was chick filet - I had the market salad (300ish calories) and a few sugar free jolly ranchers.....Still a decent day minus the chocolate binge......and after I did it I felt like crap
    just so ridiculous......oh well...…

    Description/Photo of Meals: Leftover nacho filling eaten on romaine cups Ice cream, flavors of the day were oatmeal cookie, lemon cake, and birthday cake. Pics below – also ended up munching on some chips an hour after I fell asleep when I got up to pee – this happens sometimes and drives me nuts because it really is like half sleep walking! WTF LOL

    Meal: Took a salad to the ball field and also some veggie chips which were yum. A few sf jollys as well so a pretty low-cal day.

    Description/Photo of Meals: Total calories - Stir-fry buk choy veggies, slice fish soup, 1/2 bowl rice and 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies.
    Thoughts : I know that I shouldn't eat any cookies but I just had to as I can feel that I am going to binge. Really hoping that I can loose some weight soon! My lowest was 58.5kg on 6 April 2019. For goodness sake, please let me find a formula which will work for my stubborn as a mule body!!!

    Friday: Thai chicken/rice
    Saturday: Homemade Chilli/salad/avocado fries homemade OMG delicious....
    Sunday: Kind bar in the am, then dinner out, coconut shrimp/salad/malt fries :)

    It was a busy weekend, we had some relatives show up as a surprise to my hubs who has a bday coming up so I was all out of sorts on Friday and MIA ---sorry friends :)
