Under calories: Yes, by the skin of my teeth! I got a salad at the brewery I went to, and it was surprisingly delicious!
Exercise: 16 minute walk
Net steps: 6,834: Worked at my desk all day scheduling students for next year, and dinner with friends. Not a lot of steps, but at least I got in a short walk and managed to make my calorie goal.3 -

Having a bit of a rabbit hole situation, as in I have fallen down one. Seeing as it is a busy weekend anyways, I will be taking a mental break. I was going to apologize for leaving you without a cheerleader, until I read some of your comments. You guys are cheering each other on, so thank you! Keeping it slow and steady with the small losses. This is my 8th straight week with a loss. Granted a lot of them are around 0.6 - 0.8 lbs. But it’s pretty cool that I haven’t gained even one week since my vacation in March6 -
