:'(:s:'(:s I think(hope) a lot of that is water weight. I just enjoyed myself too much on mother's Day and it spiraled through the week. I am really holding my team back this month.

Whenever Aunt Flo visits I forget to weigh myself. ( probably on purpose lol) no weight this week sorry 😐 this menopause crap 💩 sucks . Hot 🥵 flashes , night sweats 💦, craving everything.... plus had a really tough day at work yesterday.
But my mind will overcome have a great weekend
I am on call all next work so I hope I remember to weigh myself

@murdog3t, I don't have the hot flashes or the night sweats, but I have eaten everything in sight for months and months, so I am blaming menopause, whether or not it is truly the culprit!! (At our age we should be done already, right?!) I'll just transfer your weight over until next week...no worries!!

Eh. Over 8 weeks I’ve averaged 1 pound per week. It’s fine, but at 1200 calories per day I expect more.

@my3boys424, being so close to goal there is just no way to create the necessary deficit to lose more than a little a week without starving yourself. I know you are just anxious to reach goal and be done with eating at a deficit, but you'll have to be patient, unfortunately!! Nice job on posting a loss this week!

@thedestar, but you've got the binge eating under control now, right?! That's all that matters. As a team we just care about each other, not the standings! Let's hope it is mostly water weight and it comes off quickly, but if it doesn't, as long as you begin the process of chipping away at this little up then you are still on the path to success!

I'm hitting perimenopause - fwiw i went on estrogen after two months of the hotflashes because i seriously couldn't handle what kind of a mean person i was turning into because i couldn't get a decent nights sleep due to the hot flashes, and then i'd be talking to someone at work and all of a sudden wanting to crawl out of my skin. the low dose has worked miracles and i feel 'normal'. i'm not sure if this is an option for you.

i tried 1200 calories for a couple weeks the last time i was trying to lose weight - it was really rough so kudos to you for keeping it up for 8 weeks! there was an article from MFP (i think) recently about someone upping their calories to help their weightloss. Might be something to consider?

    Weekly Challenge
    Day: Sunday
    Tracking: Yes
    Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes - Z25K in the morning, long walk with a friend in the evening.

I had a couple off days so I checked the scale this morning to see how bad it was, and discovered that even though the days were off, I was still eating at or near maintenance, so that's a good thing. Still though, I have some work to do this week.

I have to get to a doctor too as I think I have a lateral food issue that's making running - or jogging really - kind of difficult. I'll get my stride checked at a store, get some new shoes and then get to a doc. I may have to take 2 days off between trainings rather than the one, so I guess it'll take me 16 weeks to get finish rather than 8 😐

Anyway have a good week all!

Tiny loss but I have had two days fairly off track. I do find eating out hard both in terms of working out calls and also not giving into temptation.

I went over on Sunday by 95, but I am also not sure if I was able to accurately log what my mom made for Sunday dinner. It can be tricky sometimes when other people are cooking. I also had some wine while watching Game of Thrones. No regrets on that part! Have a great week, everybody!

@countrycreek, glad you decided to stick around!! My philosophy is "fake it 'til you make it" and you can't "fake it" if you are not here, which then means you can't "make it" either!! How's your new pup?
