I am very happy to see this!
9 straight weeks with a weight loss for a total of 10 lbs.
31.1 lbs lost overall. And I am now less than my lowest weight from last summer before I hit a wall and lost motivation.
    230’s, I see you 👀

@erikNJ, yes, you are!! And so am I, and so is the rest of the team!! You have been working really hard, especially this week, and you deserve this two pound loss!! Congratulations on reaching a new low. (Only on MFP is that appropriate to say!!) Champagne is for Onederland, but maybe we can crack a virtual cold beer when you reach the 230's!!

200-205 is my wall. Its where I lose motivation and usually give up. This time, slowly but surely and brick by brick, my wall is coming down.

@swauters, fantastic loss!! And yes, it was what you gained last week, but you took an extra point four with you, so this is your lowest weight so far this month, and it was a true net loss!! Love your brick by brick analogy!!

Friday was much better than thursday. Fighting a lot of cravings and urges which sucks, but we’re getting through. Long weekend of studying ahead again!

@enyagoboom, way to turn a bad Thursday into a great Friday!! Best of luck with your studies! And make sure study breaks include walks or yoga, not mindless munching!!

I will be doing some stepping again tonight. I upgraded to the Fitbit Versa today. That was a *kitten* to get all set up! Oh well! I love it so far, just have to get used to it! I was very excited that I fit the small band, where my charge 2 was a large! I have some strength that I need to get done tonight as well, for one of my challenges! So focusing on that and planning on going to bed early tonight.

@cmhubbard92, now I am scared to get a Versa....I am so tech challenged!! Maybe you can walk me through it if and when I decide to get one? Nice NSV on the band size!!
@HASWLRS thank you! I wasn't terribly shocked that the small fit, because my large band was within the last three holes depending on the day!

I could try walking you through it, but the app makes it super easy to Install (my wifi is terrible though, so that was what made it so difficult!) I got all the way to downloading my update a few times, when my wifi would give up on me! But I could always try to help!

I did order some screen protectors for it(always banging my arm on something and don't want to damage it!), and they should be arriving tomorrow!

Exercise: no not really. I did some light housework to get ready for a couple of hours of puppy sitting. I didn't have to chase after the puppy as much as usual. I'm happy that I have been better about keeping under on the calories, though.

@brandi_84, getting the eating under control is the most important thing. You know what they say...you can't out exercise a bad diet!!

That is the mind set I am trying to keep. Exercise keeps me motivated to stay on top of the rest. I don't want to waste the time and energy I spent exercising by going over on calories. When I don't exercise I tend to say "well I didn't exercise what's the point of paying attention to calories."

Another NSV! I fit into my *favorite* purple pants that I haven't fit into in over a year! They're 14w so probably about the same as a 16? Regardless, I was very happy to be in them!

I have a short day at work tomorrow before I am off Sunday/Monday! This is very rare! But, my boyfriend and I are going to a live WWE event on Sunday(haven't watched WWE stuff in years, but he's into it and I'm sure it will be fun!). I'm kind of sad that I don't know if we will be doing our regular bowling Sunday! Still, looking forward to a couple days off!

Great NSV! Such a great feeling!
Also, I love wrestling. Very jealous you get to be at a very cool PPV!

@Krysless2, the days you were under, you were well under, so that will go a long way to mitigating any damage from your over day, which wasn't extremely over!!

Sunday and Tuesday were filled with unhealthy foods and overeating😕 but my good news is I have finally mastered the art of getting right back on the wagon, without causing further damage. I think the key is eating the same things every day when dieting and not over-(emotionally)-thinking about the past few days of sabotage. "Just keep swimming" as the wise Dory says.

    May week 3 I believe
    Saturday weigh in
    last week: 127.4
    this week 126.4

Keep going with the same couple pounds - lol
Hurt my back on Thursday at work, then had to sit on football bleachers for my oldest daughters HS graduation so that didn't help I am sure. Also ended up with a darn cold as well. Barely moving so gotta keep an extra eye on the food since movement is very limited at the moment

Hope you all had a great week.

Eh. Over 8 weeks I’ve averaged 1 pound per week. It’s fine, but at 1200 calories per day I expect more.
