hoping to get new bathing suit tomorrow to start swimming. I am also going to make more of an effort to get back to the yoga challenge. that really makes a big difference in how my body feels throughout the day.

@brandi_84, definitely if yoga and swimming make you feel better, you need to remember that and work hard getting them back into your weekly routines!!

@24blfn, two weeks ago you held steady, then you lost almost three, then this past week you held steady again. If this is a pattern, get ready to have a good week!!

    Today's Mini Challenge
    Pass Day
    Date: Fri, May 17th:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, cleaned my house
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? no, in the red -290
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

@Krysless2, the days you were under, you were well under, so that will go a long way to mitigating any damage from your over day, which wasn't extremely over!!

    We shall seeee...
Sunday and Tuesday were filled with unhealthy foods and overeating😕 but my good news is I have finally mastered the art of getting right back on the wagon, without causing further damage. I think the key is eating the same things every day when dieting and not over-(emotionally)-thinking about the past few days of sabotage. "Just keep swimming" as the wise Dory says.

@Krysless2, getting right back on the wagon after a binge is a HUGE mindset to master!! Congratulations. And yes, you are right about eating the same things....then you don't have to think about it if you are struggling!!

Another NSV! I fit into my *favorite* purple pants that I haven't fit into in over a year! They're 14w so probably about the same as a 16? Regardless, I was very happy to be in them!

I have a short day at work tomorrow before I am off Sunday/Monday! This is very rare! But, my boyfriend and I are going to a live WWE event on Sunday(haven't watched WWE stuff in years, but he's into it and I'm sure it will be fun!). I'm kind of sad that I don't know if we will be doing our regular bowling Sunday! Still, looking forward to a couple days off!

Great NSV! Such a great feeling!
Also, I love wrestling. Very jealous you get to be at a very cool PPV!

Thank you! I've never been before so I think it will be pretty neat!

    May week 3 I believe
    Saturday weigh in
    last week: 127.4
    this week 126.4

Keep going with the same couple pounds - lol
Hurt my back on Thursday at work, then had to sit on football bleachers for my oldest daughters HS graduation so that didn't help I am sure. Also ended up with a darn cold as well. Barely moving so gotta keep an extra eye on the food since movement is very limited at the moment

Hope you all had a great week.

@kc9agz, hope you had a lovely graduation day with your daughter! Bleachers are the worst...even healthy backs don't like them!! Hope you feel better soon, and yes, keep two eyes on the food going in!! Oh, and nice loss this week!!!

Eh. Over 8 weeks I’ve averaged 1 pound per week. It’s fine, but at 1200 calories per day I expect more.

:'(:s:'(:s I think(hope) a lot of that is water weight. I just enjoyed myself too much on mother's Day and it spiraled through the week. I am really holding my team back this month.

@murdog3t, I don't have the hot flashes or the night sweats, but I have eaten everything in sight for months and months, so I am blaming menopause, whether or not it is truly the culprit!! (At our age we should be done already, right?!) I'll just transfer your weight over until next week...no worries!!

@my3boys424, being so close to goal there is just no way to create the necessary deficit to lose more than a little a week without starving yourself. I know you are just anxious to reach goal and be done with eating at a deficit, but you'll have to be patient, unfortunately!! Nice job on posting a loss this week!

@thedestar, but you've got the binge eating under control now, right?! That's all that matters. As a team we just care about each other, not the standings! Let's hope it is mostly water weight and it comes off quickly, but if it doesn't, as long as you begin the process of chipping away at this little up then you are still on the path to success!

Hi Team.. I haven't been here in a few days. Life has been non stop. So I will have to call this week over.. And start fresh tomorrow. This next week is a busy one also .. we're babysitting our granddaughter <3 and our grand pups. <3 Then Saturday we picking up our new baby.. a yellow lab pup. <3 I thought about stopping MFP till things slow down like I ALWAYS do. But that isn't going help.. like it's never helped in the past.
