In other news, I jumped on the scale this morning and was 2lb lower than yesterday's Weigh-In! 😊 that was exciting, and hopefully stays around!4 -

Exactly! And it's DEFINITELY Attainable! focusing on goals like this just helps keep the reason we're not eating the extra dessert or putting ourselves through new and difficult things in focus.0 -

Not going to lie, i was sliiiightly bummed that it wasn't a solid 2 lbs. but. i also had cookies last night. and an extra taco the other night. So we're going slow and steady instead of burn baby burn.
