Question: I had a REALLY good eating/exercising/water day yesterday (5/13/19). When I clicked on 'complete diary' last night, it said that 'if every day was like today, I'd weigh _____ in 5 weeks.' This isn't my first time seeing this, but I was taken aback because the projected number it gave me is 30 pounds less than I am right now. That super motivated me today because I want to find out how accurate the prediction is. There's only one way to find out: Have another equally successful day today, and tomorrow, and every day. I'm so excited to think that it's possible. Even if I don't hit the mark, if I maintain my efforts from yesterday, I will be SO much closer to that mark than I am right now.

So my question is: Has anyone tested the MFP prediction to see if it's actually accurate? Were you successful?

I quit closing my diary at the end of the day because I found it was inflated and I was disappointed when I should’ve been thrilled with ANY loss. Please do try for yourself. I’d love to hear the results. No matter what, if its motivating you to choose better every day it is a WIN!!! ❤️❤️

Ate terrible over the weekend again but I stayed super active. Went hiking, kayaking, and biking. It was a great weekend. ❤️

It sounds like everyone had a wonderful day today! I, on the other hand, worked an unexpected 13hr shift and only got around a 30min break. I didn't have lunch and I came home and just devoured everything that I could find in the space of about 15mins. I don't even know how to log what I just ate??? I might just forget it tonight and start my 1day off this week early tonight....I'm not answering my phone tomorrow....in fact....I might just throw my phone in the toilet or something just so that I don't have to lie when I don't answer people back :# . Nighty night everyone! I'm going to the park or something tomorrow (they don't have cell reception there) ;)

    Weigh in week 3
    PW-161.2
    CW-161.8 (+0.6)

I am not surprised by this- after such a huge loss last week I knew I would probably bounce back a little. But overall for the month I am down so I’m happy! My goal for the next half of May is to get out of the 160’s and stay there!!

Calories: Over by 178 (teacher brought cookies for finals lol)
    Exercise: sort of?

Comments: It's been nice to get my logging on-track today and yesterday. I'm going to keep that going, especially since I took my last final for the semester today :) Exercise is sort-of, because I've been adding walking breaks and squats to my daily routine, but haven't tracked how long it takes me to do them. Every bit helps, right?

This looks like Labor Laws violation.
When I worked my 12 hr in the ICU we were allowed 45 mins coffee break, 1 hr lunch break and 1hr dinner break. If at any we were unable to take lunch or dinner we were compensated
    monetarily.( Per the Union)
