    I'm so frustrated with myself. I've been circling these same 10 lbs for 2 months. And I know why. I've been distracted with unnecessary stuff and let my emotions derail my progress. But I absolutely refuse to give up! December 31 will see me in a far healthier, thinner state than last year.

    @evangsimmons170 - All the best to you as you refuse to give up. Give up the "unnecessary stuff" and do something different for a different result! Good luck!

    Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in, I've been good this week, so confident of a loss.

    Also its early finish at work tomorrow and then a long run, so hoping for 10miles on the bike and 10miles running!

    This Sunday I've got my first 10k race of the year, so hoping to beat my current PB of 52mins.
