Thanks a lot for the advice and this option . I actually gained some weight the past week, so the new weight is 66.9kg (147.5lb) now. Really hoping I can go back to normal eating soon.1 -

I had my first laser hit removal treatment today- so no exercise for me today or tomorrow. I’ve been yo-yoing with my weight this week. Gotta step up and buckle down. I’m ready for the June challenge!1 -

I have a couple of games that I could reuse: a bingo game and a fitness scavenger hunt. You just have to keep everyone engaged so that they keep thinking about their goals and accomplishments. Comments: I made a really tasty lentil/vegetable bake today and it was more filling than I thought it would be, so I'm under on calories lol Mentally, I'm working on seeing things as opportunities to grow rather than obstacles or annoyances. It led to a pretty productive day3 -

Exercise...Yes..Swimming x 50 mins. Todays swim class focused on deep water skills. I have been trying for the past 40 yrs to overcome my fear and I am doing great. I jumped in to the 10.8ft pool for the 1st time .It was very scary but after doing it for 4 times I felt more comfortable.2 -

Calories - 1100 over again. It was a conscious decision - to empty the fridge since I was going away. The mistake though was to eat half a bar of dark chocolate before realizing chocolate has a long shelf life o.o
