Sorry this is late, I was out of town celebrating my birthday. Enjoyed seeing Endgame in IMAX but OMG I think I ate a tub of popcorn. Needless to say but I’m hoping that a lot of that is water retention.2 -

Well I wasn't happy with my weigh in yesterday so I punished myself on the treadmill doing 4 miles and then in the evening led my Zwift group on a ride for an hour too, got told off by my food logger for not eating enough, then I realised I didn't add the milk for my protein shakes... duh.
not sure what track is? but if it's for food, then yes...
Calories I had 663 remaining thanks to my Phys
Exercise: 40min running, 4miles & 60 min Cycling
Oh and weighed in again after being so bloated yesterday and miraculously hit 207.4 so figure either I was stood on the scale funny or being bloated is what did me in. Much happier today and to make sure I wasn't going nuts, triple checked and got 207.4 all 3 times, yay~!3 -

@qveeden Great day at the gym! Sometimes that can backfire and cause water retention if you over do it, but apparently it worked well for you! Fantastic job! I adjusted your weight for you current weigh in. We're not TOO strict on the weigh in's here--as long as it is within the same week and if you need a different day or you want to skip a week just tag me. People only get booted if they miss two consecutive weigh in's without telling me or Ashley. And yes, tracking means your food log.3 -

Weekly goal
I usually wake up and go to the gym around 5:30 a.m. but for the last week I've been having such a hard time waking up on time. I still have been burning a decent amount of calories because I walk everyday at lunch time . So my goal for this week is to wake up go to the gym before work.4 -

It is my birthday this week, too, as well as two other people at work (there are only 5 of us total). I am doing my best to make sure the wheels dont fall off so I have banned all treats this week. I have approved fruit salad and I picked the lunch spot. 🤣😂🤣😂
