I am weighing in a day early as I am packing everything tonight including my scale. I think the last few weeks I may have been at a plateau. Now things are moving again. My hope when I am home on holiday for the next 4 weeks, is to decrease my deficit so I am losing around .5 pounds a week. If I lose any more, I will be thrilled.3 -

I will need to stay on Cheer Squad for the month of June.
We found out last week that we are (completely unexpectedly) moving overseas at the end of the month. We are scrambling & I just can’t dedicate the head space to MFP / F2F right now. I’m staying in maintenance so I don’t lose progress, but that’s all I can manage right now.1 -

Yep I stayed the same again, at least it’s not going up but I’m going to have to do something different next month! It is officially winter in NZ in June, the body is definitely in hibernation mode but I’m determined to get things moving regardless.
Good luck to the ladies doing big shifts over the next month, it is a stressful time so make sure you look after yourselves as well as everyone else!4 -

I am not firing on all cylinders today as I didn’t sleep well last night. Every year, the night before we leave for Newfoundland, I don’t sleep. Everything is packed and in the suitcases. We have some running around today before our flight and we will head to the airport around 2:30. My father-in-law has been in hospital since last Thursday. He is 85 years old and it sucks when you are so far away. We are hoping he gets discharged this weekend or early next week.
I hope everyone has an awesome weekend. I know I will as I will be seeing family and friends that I only get to see once a year.
