Morning everyone!! I’m back home and ready to undue the chaos that was my weekend. Not being in control of when or what you eat and activities is difficult. But after stepping on my scale “unofficially” I only put one 1/2 a pound from my weigh in last Wednesday. Had my workout already today and back to the grind.1
