This week I’m in a “Hell Week” Challenge. Workout 5 days between today and Sunday, at least 30 mins workouts- with one being a double day! This is a perfect way to undo my weekend of endulgements

@evangsimmons170 - no It's through studio sweat on demand. A workout program I belong to. Its a gym in San Diego that tapes alot of their classes and gives online access to those of us who live far away! I love it for the spinning classes and the weigh training.
