    This week I’m in a “Hell Week” Challenge. Workout 5 days between today and Sunday, at least 30 mins workouts- with one being a double day! This is a perfect way to undo my weekend of endulgements

    @evangsimmons170 - no It's through studio sweat on demand. A workout program I belong to. Its a gym in San Diego that tapes alot of their classes and gives online access to those of us who live far away! I love it for the spinning classes and the weigh training.

    I am shocked I actually lost any weight this week with being out of town, thank you all for the accountability to stay on track! 6 pounds from my vacation goal!!

    I am happy that I lost almost five pounds but I know that this has been a rough month and I could have done better. Lesson learned.

    Kind of... went to a nature preserve with my son and walked around the trails. Not a very fast pace though.

    No- rest day here! Worked all day and then changed into my bathing suit- setup my misting fan and worked on my tan! It was so relaxing!

    Wow @Lawanda0124!!! A 7 lb loss is amazing! What did you do differently this week? Maybe it's something I can try. I'm open to suggestions.
