pjshawley Monday weigh-in:
Previous weight: 249.5
Current weight: 247.5
Good morning to all! It was a good week. Going from 1,500 calories to 1,400 helped my weight loss, along with tightening up my food logging. I was never able to follow this low of calories before, but being retired and home a lot, I am managing to do it. My knee is slowly healing and I hope to be back on the exercise bike by next week. Have a great week everyone!!7 -

I got this hung tonight
All but 5 are from US Road Running. The ones on the far right are from Flex It Pink in honor of my mother. I still have a few more to earn. I need to get something in the middle to make this more sturdy. (I cannot take credit for this idea as a few months back, I posted about hanging them on a shoe rack and a lady shared a picture similar to this). Every morning, I will see these turning my alarm off to help me get off on the "right foot". #runner. #motivated.8 -

Holding steady which is a great thing these past three weeks. I am holding a ton of water, my feet are so swollen. This is what happens when I get terribly stressed.
Hubby is doing a bit better. He is having an irregular heart beat. They started him on a Potassium drip due to all the fluid going through his system. A new heart specialist is working with him and changing up some of his meds to see if they can get Don a better result.
On another note, Don's legs are getting better. The swelling is going down, but the redness is still the same. It is taking a lot of meds to conquer this cellulitis. Itching seems to he better and less frequent so that makes Don more comfortable, which is good.5 -

Hi everyone, I have had a bad week both with my exercise and water intake. I only got over 10,000 steps one day this week and I don’t think I drank more than half of what I was supposed to. I am very surprised that I didn’t gain this week especially with my water intake. I am going to try better for next week but it is my time of the month so we shall see.5 -

I am really starting to wonder if the rain will EVER stop here.
I really wanted to beat it this morning but it hasn't stopped since last night.
I really do not want to have to go to the gym, I like being on the pavement.
