Hey Walker Friends!
Sorry I've been MIA from posting this month so far. I have been walking, but I was focused on a possible new job opportunity which took a lot of my time to prepare application materials. Had the interview yesterday and it was a huge disappointment. The job wasn't what I thought it would be and I didn't vibe with the people interviewing me. There was a serious lack of energy in that room and I'm too upbeat for that! :laugh: Onward and upward!
For July I'm going to stay with 170 miles as my goal. I think I'm probably walking too much since I'm having issues with my feet, so I'm not going to increase it. I will continue with strength and work to do more challenging levels.
July 1: 5 Miles ~ 3 Miles WATP Express + 2 Miracle Miles + 30 min full body strength HASFit
July 2: 4 Mile Super Challenge + 23 min booty builder HASfit
July 3: 5 Miles ~ 3 Miles iFirm + 2 Miracle Miles + 33 min strength HASfit

Happy July! I am going to commit to a min. of 60 mins. a day of Leslie Walks. I know I will be driving up to SD for a week so that will take some of my exercising time. But maybe I can get on the treadmill at the hotel or in the pool for an hour.

7/2 Workout #145 Shopping 1 hour and Moving Wood Chips 45 mins in the back yard.
7/3 #146 mowing only the front yard 25 mins will be moving more wood chips 1 hour.

152 lbs. need to start eating healthier again. And goal for this thread is to get any kind of exercise in at least 3 times per week. Not necessarily a walking or Leslie sansone goal, but hope y’all don’t mind if I post here. (Btw, yesterday i walked over 8,000 steps — which is my goal as far as steps go).

7/5 -- Marching in place while binge watching Netflix for 91 minutes; I had never done that before. That was fun! I burned almost 1,400 calories.

Well, I wanted to have a low key week, last week. Clients wouldn't hear of it. I swear my clients know when we need a break/vacation and purposely break things.
I did manage to start and keep up os the Walk & Tone calendar from Get Healthy U. Let me tell you her 2 miles had me huffing, puffing, and sweating something awful/good. Today, 1 mile is scheduled.1 -
