    7/7 -- Traditional walking for 53 minutes
    7/8 -- Leslie Sansone video for 47 minutes plus marching in place while watching a movie for about an hour
    7/9 -- LS video for about 10 minutes (WalkBlasters), plus marching in place while watching Star Trek for over an hour
    7/10 -- marching in place while watching Star Trek
    7/11 -- 4 different LS videos throughout the day totalling 104 minutes

    GOAL = 6 miles per day
    July 7: 5.74

    @deeder522 we had a nice morning as well and I wish I would've had time to walk before appointments. Glad you got a chance to walk outside.

    I'm counting Tone Every Zone as a 1 mile even though it was an hour long because I forgot to check my mileage on Fitbit when I started. There's really only 1 complete waking circuit and it's 20 minutes, so I know that was probably a mile. First time I've done this DVD as my local library just added it to their collection per my request. I how Leslie breaks up strength sections with some walking, it helps to take stress out of my muscles before a second set. Do any of you use this DVD for strength at all?

    7/1/19. 152 lbs. need to start eating healthier again. And goal for this thread is to get any kind of exercise in at least 3 times per week. Not necessarily a walking or Leslie sansone goal, but hope y’all don’t mind if I post here. (Btw, yesterday i walked over 8,000 steps — which is my goal as far as steps go).

    26.11 Miles tracked last week.

    It's getting hot up here so I'm taking my exercise back inside and even then still doing early AM or late PM. I'm starting to modify my GetHealthyU calendar. Like yesterday was a 40 min workout but I started it and 15 minutes into it the hubby wanted to go to the trail, so I did 2.5 miles in the woods instead. :)

    7/16 -- I tried "rucking" last night; I had read about it on an MFP blog. So I loaded nearly 19 lbs of textbooks in my backpack and strapped it on while I walked and jogged around my house while watching Star Trek Enterprise. That's how I was able to torch so 311 calories in only 23 minutes. I hope to make it through an entire episode next time (tomorrow). Fat be gone!

    At least we didn't lose power and the humidity has dropped.

    Normally on Monday's, I post my weekly update but I forgot to check my watch this AM for my review. soooo.... What I can report is through today I've tracked 76.21 miles for the month. Today so far I've exceeded 10k steps. Keep on walking!
