    @l4a_p did you end up fasting yesterday? I've done a couple of 36h fasts recently. Sorry about no scale movement but as long as you're keeping consistent I'm sure the results will come! Sounds like your date was tons of fun! :smiley:

    @RosyDanielle I would have easily but I visited a friend in the evening and she had made a little dessert and was sad I didn't want it.. So I "sacrificed" myself to be nice ;) Will do a full 36h next saturday I think.
    Haha it really was a fun date!
    And I hope I'm just retaining water or something.

    7/8 - 142.2. Ahem. I expected to gain a little during vacation but not that much. I really hope that some of this is bloat and I didn't actually gain 3 lbs of fat. As I mentioned when I joined, I will start working on weight loss again this week. So here we go.

    July 5th - 133 pounds. Off to the gym. Light cardio and lifting.
    July 8th -132 pounds Survived a weekend BBQ made good choices – Gym this evening. I’ve been mixing up my workouts. Bring on leg day.

    Current weight 146.4

    July Goal weight 140 (I'd turn cartwheels if I could hit 13? a few times this month)
    Yoga Burn 4x a week
    Do 10 Real Push Ups in a set by the end of the month

    Ultimate Goal - 133

    7/1... 146.4 - Monday on every level possible. Dismal failure with eating and not much exercise.
    7/2... 147.2 - Started 30 min Yoga Burn at lunch, it's a 4 month program. Pretty easy the first day, also did 10 pushups on my knees. Better on food, stayed under 1400 cal. (Even with company)
    7/3... 147.4 - Day 2 of Yoga Burn. Also did 10 Sun Salutations
    7/8... 147.4 - Vacation since the 4th, I didn't go absolutely crazy with food - but I definitely wasn't great either. There was some junk food, homemade fudge, lots of mexican food the last 4 days. I did get in lots of walking, so it wasn't a total loss. It's Monday and time to get serious.

    7/8: got my salads prepped! Got some adulting done this morning! Survived the holiday/weekend and some crazy heat I'm not used to. Let's do it!

    Going to join back in now that I'm all moved and settling into my routines and the excuses are few and far between!

    Loss goal: Average 1 lb/week

    As a side note, due to increased water retention from hot weather sports (aka, drinking a fair bit of sodium/electrolytes on most weekends) my numbers are a bit "off" right now, but tracking my food in my other app and trusting the process! Down from when I moved, so headed the right direction!

    Started the week with a great early morning strength training session and happy with my meals :) Also, the scaled moved some! Yay!

    164 cm (5'4.6'' (is that right?))
    cw 56.5 kg (124.6 lb)
    (overall) gw 52 kg (115 lb)
    goal for July 55 kg (121 lb)

    ***I weighed again this morning (7/9) and am down to 140.2. So most of that was bloat fortunately! Now I can see what is hopefully my real weight and work down from there.***

    Yesterday was great until I started nibbling on my friend's nachos at dinner. Probably ended up at about 1500-1600 calories i.e., *probably* a deficit but not sure. Either way it wasn't bad!

    Today made it to 6am spin class *on time*.

    Had my meals and snacks prepped today and yesterday which makes all the difference. And it was a salad for lunch so easy to just grab and eat without a bunch of microwave drama.

    Didn't weigh in today, but will tomorrow!

    Got a great early morning run in yesterday and took my dog for a long walk when I got home from work, so happy with the day's activity. I've been craving a chocolate muffin from the restaurant at work and although it's high calories (I estimate 350 as there's no nutritional info available) I made it work with my day's meals, although I really need to focus on getting more protein in :)

    Started the day with a great strength training sessions. Kelsey Wells' PWR program is killing me! Food wise the day was generally fine but when hubby got home he wanted takeout so ordered burgers and I couldn't resist and ordered a dessert (because I'd already had dinner). No regrets though! I enjoyed eating with him as we hardly ever eat together, and life's about balance right? Did make my protein goal which I'm happy about! :smiley:

    7/10... 146.4 - Did Week 1 Yoga Burn followed by pushups, situps, stretches, planks, & sun salutations. Got up early enough to ride my colt before work. Cals were 1700 - it shows I had enough exercise for this to be within allowance - I think I overdid it.
    7/11... 146.6 - week 1 Yoga Burn and pushups, stretches, situps, planks - just stayed busy for 35 min.

    No gym as we completely overslept :p And food wise the day was a bit of a disaster as well. We went out to a night market with friends and got pork belly for dinner (super high fat so super high in calories) and had 2 pieces of fudge for dessert. I also generally don't drink at all but had half a glass of wine and definitely felt it. Planning on having a much better day today with a gym session and no desserts as I've had sweets/processed nonsense for the last three days now :|

    No weight change the last 10 days... Though the muscle mass % went up to 37.2%. I am happy about that. I looked back on my eating and protein could've been upped so I downed a protein drink this morning. We'll see if it'll help me from snacking too much!
    I went to Costco and picked up a bit too much. (Steak, Smoked salmon, Bacon, Cheese....) I plan on meal prepping over the weekend. :#
