Yup - it’s all about the weighing and measuring. Because those of us with weight problems don’t really register normal serving sizes. It gets easier with practice. But at first I remember being shocked at how small portions should be.
Why don’t you join us in the posts below. ⬇️ Lots of good advice, adventures and support!(Yes I do count/weigh potato chips and goldfish crackers too)
