Using the ol' trick I use when I have to perform pushups for my PRT every year - pound 'em out hard and fast before the back spasms lay me out lol1 -

I did the first modified sets yesterday, and boy I'm sore !! Hope this will be better tomorrow to be ready for day 2.1

Week 1 day 1. Was going to do column 3 on my knees but at the last minute switched it up to full press ups but column 1. So i managed just 2, 3, 2, 2, and 3 but actually pretty pleased with myself!2

Day 3 is done, it went surprisingly well! I tried to do a toe push-up and I’m almost there 👍1
