Great job magpye! It’ll be harder on your toes, but I think you’ll really see progress fast. Good luck! We got this!

Day 1 of week 1 done, - 2,3,2,2 and 3. Traditional push up style, not on my knees.
Question: Am I supposed to be able to lay all the way back down between each push up and then push myself all the way back up from laying on the ground? Because if so, I'm going to have to go to my knees...1 -

Good job! I tried to respond in the other group as well, but I'm actually not totally sure I understand what you're asking. Are you talking about between sets, or the form of your actual pushups?0 -
I’m talking about the form of the push up. I saw your other post, that was helpful, thanks! I’ll do them on my toes again tomorrow. thank goodness for that day off between - all sorts of muscles are complaining this morning.0

Haha, yea the soreness after the first day is pretty real! It gets better (kind of)....1 -

Glad to have you along Rachel! How did you do on your initial test? Which column are you doing?0 -
I completed week 1 day 3 on Saturday.
I was hoping to do this challenge on my toes, the reality is that with poor core muscles I’m better off doing this on my knees. So my revised goal is to complete this whole challenge on my knees and then I will start again on my toes 😊2 -

I'm doing the same thing (starting week 3 today), and once we get stronger, we'll go on the toes
