Good luck with the sleep study. I have mild sleep apnoea, and was having serious sleep issues at the end of last year to early this year, but in the time it took to get into a sleep study (several months) I lost enough weight that it resolved my main sleep issues.
With any luck you’ll have an improvement too, and, if not, then CPAP - while expensive - will mean better sleep. (Sleep issues are such a problem! Affects everything!).

I am going to try this again.
Week 4 goals
1. Walk 8000 steps every day except Sunday
2. At least 20 minutes of activity daily
3. Drink lots of water
Spent most of the day recovering from 2 busy days with the grandkids. Love them to pieces but they wear me out. Next week is the last week of the outdoor pool be open every day so I am considering taking my gym membership off hold. I am thinking with some of the weight gone I may try a group class or two.
