    164g pizza (interesting that the database weight was 166g!) And two mcd vanilla cones (four distinct eating events) with some string beans as a salad with the pizza

    I'll have to take a scale there and re weight a cone soon. I'm putting them in at 150g each which is more Cal than published on the Canadian web site but I think reflective of reality. But it will have to be a weight watchers public weigh in because they don't make it back up the hill for a private one! 🙀

    Oh my....we seem to be having a moderate summer here. Today was just beautiful! Sunny, and warm (just under 80) and breezy. Perfect.

    There is an upcoming camping trip this weekend with the scouts. Today was slightly cooler but this weekend is going to be 100. Sigh. Is it fall yet?

    Lots of hot so maybe I can sweat off some weight!

    Yikes. I so much prefer temperatures that let me move more to burn more calories as opposed to losing my electrolytes while my clothes get soaked from the INSIDE out!!!🙀😡
