Well, no winners circle for me this month, but I'll tell ya, this challenge has really opened my eyes to some behaviors that should have been obvious to me all along. I'm going to keep plugging along the rest of the month!

But, it was a hell of a busy day for me today trying to meet some deadlines.

Exercise included P/T for the shoulder with an increase in free weight - up another pound!
Mediocre? Never! When given the option to continue to utilize the two pound weight I accepted the challenge of three pounds and went through my reps and sets with deliberate good form and concentration.1
