I forgot to take a pic of my lunch so I made a pic in Canva! Low carb and delicious!!

Steak, brussel sprouts and rice...this will probably be my only meal of the day, since I start working nights this evening, I doubt that I get up to make anything else!

DAY ONE Sunday - September 1: Goal for the Month!
My goal for the month: At least 40 hours of work on martial arts (rank exam coming at end of month)
Other: Maintain my current weight within a pound or two
Continue on my food plan, logging, tracking, water and cardio.
Monday - September 2: Lunch
Arg! I am starting late, and ate lunch before realizing I was supposed to take a PICTURE of it.
Um, my lunch was:
- small helping of savory baked tofu on a bed of a few steamed mushrooms; dish of steamed turnips and turnip greens with some spicy brown mustard stirred in; dish of steamed zucchini and sliced leek with chopped grape tomatoes and some spices; dish of steamed butternut squash and apple, with some cashew milk and cinnamon stirred in

Green soup (all from the garden, in broth with ginger and black pepper, thrown in the blender), gluten free seedy bread with vege-pΓ’tΓ© . And plenty of water, of course.5 -
