THIS IS AN ELECTROLYTE MIX THAT I HAVE TO DRINK DUE TO THE ILEOSTOMY...
RECIPE
1 SCOOP POWDERED GATORADE ( I USE LEMON LIME/ GLACIER FREEZE)
2TPS. NO SALT SODIUM FREE

I'm with @Tualla and water drinking is the easy part for me! Genuinely enjoy the taste and find plain, room temp water super refreshing....

Water drinking is absolutely the hardest part for me, for some reason. It's not the water itself, I like water.. I dunno. It's just something I really have to force.1 -

I carbonate my wonderful deep well water, just because bubbles in water are the best thing ever. Every bottle gets gassed three times and shaken 300 times to dissolve the gas (burns a few calories!). Then it is the best fizz with the most bubbles - I drink lots of this stuff. It is really inexpensive too3 -

I love this as a healthy snack! Tomato ๐ salad with a little blue cheese, red onion and a balsamic vinaigrette! Yummy ๐!

Wednesday - September 4: Healthy Snack
This is my favorite snack that I have on most days. Lindt 95% dark chocolate, raw pecans, and a cup of dark roast with heavy cream.

My favourite healthy snack is sliced peaches with fat free greek yoghurt and a sprinkling of chia seeds. However I doubt I will have it today, given it's now 8pm and I haven't even eaten dinner yet, so I can't take a pic, and will have to substitute the closest thing I can find on google! My serving size is WAY smaller than this unfortunately.

In the waiting room at the garage, they had a big bowl of local fresh apples. They were small but really good! MacIntoshes - only good when new. Yum.
