    I didn't know what Tabata exercise was, looked it up in the oracle of Google and was impressed to learn about it. Sounds terrific!
    It"s an AWESOME workout! I've lead Tabata classes for two years! Planning on it again come November!

    I ROCKED all 3 today!!!
    My exercise was 3 miles of speed walking/slow running (chest cold is about gone) & I worked a food truck at my school job lifting heavy cases & putting them in freezers, on shelves or in storage room (a good enough workout that I didn't feel bad about missing my lifting day!).
    Logged my food & water.
    & I posted it!
    Also my weight is down almost 2 pounds!
