Mini Challenge 10.28.19
Tracked: yes
Under: yes
Exercise: Not much in the way of exercise. Giving the pups a bath and chasing them around the house and keeping them off the furniture did me in. It must have wore them out too. They were snuggled up, piled on top of us on the couch snoozing away before the end of the day.
Water: 48oz

This is the last week of October to let’s try to make it the best of the month for TBBT.
Question of the week:
Does anyone on the team consistently log on the weekends?
I am really good about tracking and planning during the week, but fall off on the weekend. I know I’ve asked about being under calories before but what about tracking? I could use some pointers from our great team members.
Thanks!
I'm pretty good at logging most of the time, a little OCD. For weekends, I'll take some time and pre-track food with what I plan to eat. It helps me stick to my plan, knowing that I've already logged it and don't want to edit it later!1 -
Also ADMINS - I'm taking a pause from the BBT/Biggest Loser until January. (will still be logging and hopefully on plan) - just need to get a few things off my plate as these are such busy times. I'll be here the rest of this week then check back in January.
Do I need to sign up again in December for January?1 -

@annabananamc, yes, you will need to sign up again at the end of December for the January Challenge. If you want to be back on team TBBT, make sure you mention that in your registration post. Enjoy the holidays, but not too much!!0 -

My usual weigh in day (for posting purposes) is on a Monday. I however feel like a little child on Christmas morning. When I weighed myself this morning, I hit an alltime low of 89.8kg (197lbs). The last time I weighed in the 80's, was in the mid 1980's - about 35 years ago. And no, I am NOT going to celebrate this with a chocolate or piece of cake2

@petrocoetsee How incredible for you! Hopefully it will just give you motivation to keep going. Well done!1 -
Birthday weigh in. 152.7.
This is my original target weight, so pleased to have got here.
However..... I realise i'm not quite done yet and probably have another 10-14 to go.
Because I've never been below about 180, it's so hard to know at what point i'll feel comfortable/ happy so just gotta keep going til i'm feeling good.2 -

Hello Team! I am excited to be a part of the November Challenge and look forward to helping the team accomplish their goals while accomplishing my own. I truly believe accountability is key and hope this will be a way to boost my nutrition accountability. Working out is my hobby, so I have no problems there. Understanding the 80% Nutrition and 20% Workout formula has been my challenge. Hopefully, this helps!0

@HASWLRS I’ve just caught up on your leaving post having got back from our trip. I’m so sorry to see you go and will miss you!
Wishing you all the best and hope that you’ll be feeling on the right track within yourself soon. Xcossmoss15 wrote: »
@HASWLRS Thank you for all the work you have done to support our group. All the best to you as you move forward.
@Coral333 and @cossmoss15, thank you for your kind words. Just backing off from MFP in general these last couple of weeks has already improved my head space.
I just wanted to pop in and thank you for all of your support and kind words over the many months. You were really great and I am glad you are feeling better.
Unfortunately team, I am not feeling better. I need a real long focus on my mental health right now. Thankfully I have not let that ruin my health. Today was my first workout in over three weeks. But I have been keeping my diet in check and haven't been packing on the pounds.
This actually happened with me the same months last year and I rejoined in December. I hope if I can get my head right I will rejoin you again.
Thanks to any person who ever interacted with me, responded to a post or even just liked one. You guys are a great team.0 -

@lozenger1984 Congratulations and Happy Birthday (a day late). It’s probably a mixed blessing that you made it to your original goal, but now decided that you might want a little lower. It’s important to listen to our bodies when determining where we are comfortable finishing.0 -

@erikNJ Sometimes it better to focus on other aspects of our life first before working on the physical. Good luck to you and we hope you come back when you’re feeling up to it.1 -

@lozenger1984, happy belated birthday!! What a great present to give yourself.....reaching your birthday goal!! So glad you realize "what's next" for you because without that direction, that next goal, we tend to undo whatever we have done.0
