My great news: no alcohol and I ate 2 salads today, which left me space for m&ms My uhhhh news: why did the face of my fitbit watch not only fall on the floor, but I stepped on it. Le sigh. Thinking of replacing it as it's so cracked but might just let it go, as while I enjoy it, I hate wearing it 5-6 days a week consistently. We'll see. I kept the same motivation though for walking today even though there was no fitbit tracking.
@cmhubbard92 : happy early Birthday!
Food:
Red: strawberry, red onion
Yellow: tomatoes
Green: spinach, peppers, and cucumbers
Orange: carrots and tangerine
@ForLangston Thank you!
That is terribly unfortunate with the Fitbit! I personally would get it fixed or a new one, but that's just me!
@ForLangston I’d have to agree with @cmhubbard92 . I’d be lost without my Fitbit - not just because of the tracking functions, but I’m just the kind that has to have a watch at all times. I guess I’m old school in that way.1 -
I’m very inspired by all the colorful foods that the team is consuming this week. I’m not participating in that challenge this week, but it’s giving me some interesting ideas to add to the menu for next week.1

Hehe @pkg1998! It’s just a workout video on YouTube. The trainer is named Zuzka Light. She does super hard workouts that I can’t manage, but does a beginner series she calls Bunny Slope for whatever reason! 😄 I find those challenging enough. They’re strength type workouts.2

I forgot to post my food challenge.

Sorry team.. been a busy couple days and spent way more time at nursing home than planned yesterday but it's worth it to see mom happy n visiting. That put me on the run for the rest of the evening though. Work was longer then planned today... plan to cath up on the feed tomorrow (along with my video and link!) I also need to think outside of the red green white color scheme I totally duplicated without thought.2

@sandkp - that's my favorite color scheme! Everything outside of that seems super exotic. Haha!1 -

On work days I sometimes only walk 70 steps. Not even walking for a bathroom break in 12 hours on a bad day.
First 3 days on holiday: 15000, 18000,12000 steps.
Love having time and enjoying walking everywhere!3 -

We have had a crazy amount of rain this year. Around midnight my daughter woke me up and said our roof was leaking. Spent the night sopping up water, placing pans around the house to carch the drips, and monitoring the situation. After work we got on the roof and did a quick patch job to one part and waiting for a break in the rain long enough to get onto the othe part of our steep roof. May be Friday.
Long story, but no intentional exercise and i am now beat.

Hi. I'm late with my numbers and I'm sorry.
School holidays have just begun and my MIL in with us until Thursday next week. I'll do my weigh-ins...but my other usual interaction will be minimal until I have my house back!
The two new extra challenges look great and I can't wait to get started on them both.

A pity the quantity of water mopped doesn't count towards your water target. Small consolation however is that you burned more calories mopping water than you would have sleeping. Hope you don't have water damage0 -
@swauters I hope that the water problem slows down a bit!!! That's never a good thing!
