Oh no!!! You screwed up and did not do one or more of the almost holy daily rituals of:
1) track all of your caloric intake
2) do exercise for at least 20 minutes
3) consume less calories than your own designated limit
4) daily post your experience for accountability...

7. What happens if I "slip up"?
Well, mistakes happen. The challenge is to be mindful of your fitness plan every day for a month. If you slip up for one day and you have used all your allowable Pass days, you will not qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle. BUT, we encourage you to stick with us and your goals. Nobody gets tossed out of the UAC. It's a long-term life change that the UAC is promoting.
8. What if the moderator “slips up”?
The moderater, @RangerRickL, does not always qualify for the Winner's Circle. Since I don't always qualify...you can certainly be forgiven if you don't qualify.7 -

After a good start with the run, my day continued to go well. Constructive day at work with some errands done at lunchtime.
Then I got to join in as am assistant coach at kids class again. I used to do it when I had time but now the gym is closer to work so I should be able to get there most Mondays and Wednesdays. It's good to get back into Jiu Jitsu in some way, even if I'm not yet allowed to train fully.
Food all logged for the day and good amount plus good options. Food prepped and pre-logged for tomorrow as well as it is a busy day!
Got a few hours before I sleep to read and relax!9 -
Since I had scheduled get togethers and parties (= snowboarding -good- with lots of cheese -bad-) the past weekend, I started today.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
I did not, just had my regular day, I don't tend to exercise on Mondays. I am however, taking the dog for a quick walk after typing this, but that doesn't really count.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes! Which I usually fail. I also stayed under my faily fat recommendation and had lots of fiber, great day!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Sure did. Weighed and cooked everything myself.
So, decent start with the food, now I just need to exercise.6 -

I almost died swimming. Ok that’s an exaggeration but it was a rough 40 minutes swim. But I did it!10 -

Exercice: I was lazy but I just did a 25min Yoga with Adrienne. Certainly didn’t want to use a second pass day. Thanks to the challenge for the accountability!

I spent a number of hours today fixing a waterpik...yes...you got that right...hours of frustration! I'm all thumbs when it comes to small parts...but it is fixed and working; but that's AFTER we went out and purchased a new one. I guess we, now, have a spare one.6 -
